Products to sell.
Tools to make
the work easier.

We run an independent e-commerce business and develop software for the everyday work behind it.

Inside Otobot Studio

From an idea to
a listing draft.

Work on one design or a whole collection. Prepare print files, mockups and listing content together, with a review step before anything reaches your store.

One place for
the preparation.

The current local MVP brings these workflows together. Some connected services still require live validation.

01 / Create

Designs & collections

Start from a topic, text or a TXT/CSV list. Prepare ideas and artwork with AI assistance and track progress across a collection.

02 / Personalize

A canvas for print files

Arrange text, names, dates, photos and graphics. Prepare PNG files for the intended print area.

03 / Present

Mockups & product media

Work with local templates and supported mockup workflows. Prepare color and size guides, family sets and product videos.

04 / Prepare

Listing content with context

Prepare English titles, tags and descriptions based on the artwork and product. Review content warnings and proposed changes.

05 / Organize

Orders & costs

Keep order information, personalization details, production files and cost records organized alongside your product work.

06 / Continue

Work you can return to

Track queued work, version history and backups. Resume preparation instead of starting the same job again.

Creative Canvas

Make room
for the details.

Combine artwork and personal details in a dedicated canvas before preparing a print file. Keep the design, its variants and the next preparation steps together.

Seller control

Prepare. Review.
Then decide.

Otobot Studio prepares approved designs for the mockup, SEO and Etsy draft workflow. Proposed updates to existing listings are shown for review.

It does not automatically publish Etsy listings, change advertising settings or make production payments. The seller keeps control of these actions.

Still being built
